Contingency Plan:

Shoot Day 1: Church Setting – Scene 1

Church is established-  Close ups of the three protagonists , Anna, Jason and Yioda.  All three are seen breaking into the church climbing over walls and picking the lock.

Equipment: Canon 600D, SD Card, Charger, RODE Mic, Tripod.

Talent: Actress’ and Actor

Contingency Situation 1: Equipment Breaks

Response 1: Attempt to fix the problem within the group

Response 2: Attempt to source a replacement camera

Response 3: Return camera to school and reschedule filming.

Contingency Situation 2: Church is locked

Response 1:  Phone priest

Response 2: See if anyone else on the grounds has keys to the church

Response 3: If access is not available, rearrange filming for another day 

Contingency Situation 3: Accident with actress or actors, broken leg etc.

Response 1:  Determine severity of the injury, and treat it at location if possible. If the issue is resolved, continue filming.

Response 2:  If major, follow the procedure on the risk assessment, dial 999 and get medical assistance.

Response 3: If actor is unable to film, find a replacement actor/actress for another day, thus delaying the filming.

Contingency Situation 4: Actor does not arrive

Response 1: Phone actor on their mobile 

Response 2: If they are running late, wait up to an hour for them, ensuring the set is ready to begin filming in when they arrive. 

Response 3: Rearrange the filming day and time with them for a suitable time within the week. If they are unavailable for filming, find an actor to replace them.
